The Child Trafficking Case was transferred to the MTR Prosecutor's Office

Most victims of trafficking in persons occur to women and children, economic problems / poverty make them vulnerable to being easily exploited because they are easily lured, deceived as experienced by a child with the initials SW who was only 15 years old was kidnapped without the knowledge of his parents to sent or placed with the aim of working abroad accompanied by falsification of identity documents such as KK, KTP and other travel documents. This case is being handled at the Senggigi Police, initially the victim's parents did not accept the treatment of the broker with the initials HMR. the victim and her parents were street vendors on the coast of Senggigi, where a scalper (HMR) recruited the victim with the lure of working in Amman Jorban with a salary of 3,000,000 million per month without being charged during recruitment. Without the knowledge of his parents, the victim was taken by HMR to Central Lombok and stayed overnight, then at 3 pm he was taken to Selaparang Airport and flown to Jakarta with 14 friends from Loteng and Lotim. The victim was accommodated at PT. Pillow Perkasa but was rejected finally transferred to PT Maha Bharakah Rizky, almost one month the newspapers were accommodated at the PT. It was revealed that this case started when the victim's boyfriend received an SMS about where the victim was and informed the victim's parents about the incident and finally the victim's parents (father) reported the incident to the Senggigi Police before the victim was to be sent to Middle East. The PT shelter was raided. officers and victims were returned to their home areas. At present the suspect is on the Senggigi Police's wanted list (DPO), which actually does not need to happen if the investigators do not give the suspect a suspension of detention. Now that the case file has been transferred to the Mataram District Prosecutor's Office, we hope that the authorities will seriously follow up on the case so that a sense of justice is found for the poor.
